Santa Rosa, Petaluma and Sonoma have all reported sharp increases in graffiti vandalism in the last few months. During a recent sting operation, Santa Rosa police arrested a notorious tagger when he came into a paint store to buy supplies. Now, the police are asking the community to help end the problem.
