The city of Mound has provided a compost site for its residents. This site (RRT) is located on Highway 7, three miles west of County Road 44. The site is open Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. from April 1 through Nov. 29.
